The Major Roles of ICAT are:- 

• Monitoring major opportunities consistent with our Principals objectives and the initiation of projects that fulfill our Clients' requirements.

• Creating consortiums and joint ventures through selective strategic alliances and sourcing partners.

• Project analysis and contract evaluation, including technical and commercial assessment, local interpretation of laws & regulations.

• Status updates of projects or tenders to our Principals through a detailed follow up with the clients.

• Supporting our Principals in all tender stages before and after contract award.

• Supplying specialized staff during contract execution until final handing over.

• Providing claims assistance to ensure satisfactory results.

• After sales services & support as required.
